All items are tested and guaranteed to be working as described. There is no manufacturer warranty on any item.  However, we do guarantee that you will be pleased with the item or you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days. In the rare case where the item is defective you may return it for an exchange (if applicable). If you prefer a refund for any reason during the 30 days, simply return the item, it will be tested, and if found in the same condition it was delivered, your refund will be sent. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping is not refundable. Cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty.

SHIPPING

 All items are shipped out the same day when payment is received or next day excluding weekends and any major holidays. For any technical assistance and support, customer will pay shipping chargers to the service center and we will pay for the shipping back to the customer. We do not ship to FPO/APO and all restricted states by eBay.

We only ship to PayPal shipping addresses and do not ship to any P.O. Box. We cannot change shipping address after the receipt of the payment. 

We use USPS mail service for domestic deliveries, but we reserve the right to use any other shipping carrier if required.

If customer wants overnight and any special service with different carrier, They may contact us for any suggestions and advise to achieve the optimum level of shipping performance.

RETURN POLICY 

We only sell professionally tested and 100% tested items, but still we take our item back within specified warranty period. Computer parts can be returned within 14 days and computer / laptop systems have a 30 day warranty. We show original stock pictures and sell only with their manufacturer part number or model numbers so compatibility and cosmetic issue do not come under our warranty policy. If return is authorized then make sure you will return in the same condition and same packing in which item was delivered to you. We will inspect the item will make sure inventory with our internal serial numbers and then refund to the customer.

SALES TAX

As we are a Minnesota based company and registered with Department of Revenue, according to State Law, all Minnesota residents will pay 7.125% Sales Tax.
