It usually takes 1-2 days to handle the order. Please make sure the shipping address is valid and correct, no changes are allowed once the order is shipped.

All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx from our US warehouse and usually arrive at your delivery address in about 2-5 business days.

Please be sure to contact us for the return address before returning. Otherwise, we will not be able to receive your return.

Our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The return shipping fee is borne by the buyer. The items opened and installed are not allowed to be returned unless there is quality problem, which should be supported by evidence.

All returned items must be well packed in original condition and contain all the items originally provided. Returned items that are not in the original packaging are subject to 15% restocking fee. 

The warranty is referred to exchange for item defective or damaged in transit.

We define the item as defective only if it doesn't function as described, it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the item description before bidding. The alleged defective parts must be returned to us for inspection.

Any loss or damage caused by improper installation or abuse is not covered by warranty. Buyer assumes all responsibility to assure proper installation and operation.
