29" 48V 1000W CONVERSION KIT

This brand new 1000W electric bicycle conversion kit will turn your bike into an exhilarating 30mph machine, they are exceptionally fun to ride and always leave the rider with a smile. 

The kit includes everything you need (except battery) and is easily installed to your bike following the instruction manual provided. Basic tools and mechanical knowledge will be required but G-VOLT support will always be here if any advice is needed.

One unique feature of this conversion kit is the high spec LCD display screen (SW900) which shows you your speed, battery life, mileage, trip mileage, mode, current power consumption and allows you to adjust many settings such as brightness and power levels.

A complete pedal assist system is included in the package however it is also a comfortable and fun ride when used without as a twist and go. The smart controller supports both 36V and 48V batteries but we recommend the 48V to maximise riding experience.

The power settings are easily adjusted to suit rider capability and route type. Due to the high power capabilities of the motor this item is for off road use only.

Optional torque arm:

Torque arms are more commonly used on higher power motors from around 1500W upwards but can be a handy device for customers who are converting bikes with small dropout sections on the frame. They are designed to grip the axel to the frame and add rigidity.

Settings should always be set to match the chosen rider set up. General care must be taken to keep the kit in good order such as keeping the electronics dry and the spokes tight.

WHAT SIZE KIT DO I NEED?

If you look on your tyre's, this will tell you if your bike has 26", 27.5" or 29" wheels. Alternatively you can look up your bike's make and model online. Remember that a 'wheel' is a rim and a tyre together, our kits will not equate to the stated size until a tyre is fitted. Our kits are only compatible with mountain bike tyres.
