All jewellery that is 925 Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% pure silver. This is the standard used to assure consistent quality amongst sterling silver products. Over time, any sterling silver jewelry exposed to air will tarnish. Silver tarnishes faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution. Chemicals like hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, bleach, etc., can speed up the tarnishing process. Its a good practice to wear your jewellery last, after applying any hairsprays, perfume, deodorant, lotions. |

and Preserve |
Tarnishing is not a manufacturing fault. In order to reshine your Silver jewelry, use a consumer grade jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver jewellery several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. |

| Returns | Whilst we have not had an item ever returned to us so far. In the rarest of rare event, if an item consists of a defect, we request you to return the item to us in an unworn and packaged condition. Once received and assessed, rest assured, we will refund you for the item plus return postage. |
