There are no maker's marks but this has been produced by a quality maker, possibly French. It stands 9cm high by 11 cm wide and 9 cm deep. The base of the box has vertical prism pillar cuts with bands of tighter horizontal prism pillar cuts to each face giving a pleasing symmetry. The lid has a central star cut and four blaze cut panels intersected by cross bands of short prism pillar cuts to match the base. The feet are plain scrolls and there are fan cuts to the base.The box is in good antique ued condition with just a few small nicks to the facets of the cuts, commensurate with age and use. 

This is a superb item of art deco period glassware to grace any collection and a stunning item for display and use.
