These high quality dumbbells, are manufactured with solid steel handles that are lathe machined, for an ergonomic fit to your hand.  The excellent quality knurls and ergonomic design provide a very comfortable grip.  Beware of cheaper quality dumbbells with cast iron handles and sharp knurls that will hurt your hands.  With dumbbells the quality always starts with the handles!  The ends of these dumbbells are over-molded with 100% virgin rubber, to prevent damage to your floors or surfaces when setting them down.  These are great for a high end home gym or commercial gym.  They are great for various exercises and will be an excellent addition to your fitness/strength training routine.
