This sale is for an Omega Seamaster Electronic Divers f300Hz Gents Watch . Circa 1970s . 

High grade watch and cutting edge technology of its time. Based around Bullova's Accutron system of using a tuning fork that is vibrated by electro magnets and the vibrations are used as a power source for the watch mechanical parts. The movement is a Mosaba ESA 9162 which is also used by IWC, Omega, Eternal, Tasso, Zenith, Certina, Baume and Rado as well as others. Circa 1969 to 1976. 

A real classic and iconic 1970s Swiss Omega watch from the tuning fork stable . Very sought after divers model although not guaranteed waterproof due to age . Hear the classic Accutron hum when you put the watch to your ear and see the fantastic sweep action second hand. Seriously collectible. In excellent condition and all original . These are getting harder to get in nice condition and going up in value . Serviced recently , in perfect working order and holding time.

Age / Circa - Made in Switzerland , Circa 1970s .

Movement - Swiss quartz ESA 9164 tuning fork movement . 

Dial - Black divers dial with lume indices and Omegas red badge at 12 . Furnished with quick set date window at 3 . This is a rather rare model with the red inserts in the hands and red second hand .

Crystal - New original Omega mineral glass crystal just fitted .

Case - Heavy two part ( removable case that houses the movement ) case , all in stainless steel with screw back cover .

Case Size - 43mm top to bottom 38mm side to side ( without crown ) and 11.5mm depth

Bracelet - Original and FULL length Omega bracelet . Ref 1178/182 . No stretching , the screws for the removable links are NOT seized like these often are . Stainless steel from solid links . Fits max 7 3/4" wrist
