Items shipped free will either be shipped UPS Ground, 1st class mail, or priority mail.

 

Combined Shipping: Because of dimensional weight some item shipping costs will not be cheaper once combined. We will never charge you a higher price than the one you were quoted on ebay. You must wait for a combined shipping invoice. We cannot refund shipping costs after they have been made.

Items are shipped 1 business day after payment is received. I do make certain exceptions if you need an item by a certain deadline (you must email me to confirm I can ship it out in the time frame you need).

All Items purchased over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

Christmas items can be returned within 30 days or before December 24th whichever comes first.
Halloween items can be returned within 30 days or before October 31st whichever comes first.

You must email us in order to receive a return confirmation that must go in the box before returning your item.

Item must be unused, in original undamaged packaging, and with all original materials.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

It is highly recommended that you ship returned items with tracking.

No returns for items sold internationally.

Please note all canceled orders will be accessed a 2.9% paypal fee. All returns and cancelled order fees are no longer refunded by Paypal, therefore we are charging this 2.9% fee to all cancelled orders.
