This ALL-RACK  19” wall mount data cabinet is a 1.2mm mild steel construction. Each Allrack Data Rack comes with removable side panels and a glass front door, all lockable. They are supplied with depth adjustable heavy-duty steel mounting profiles to take industry standard 19’’ patch panels, all mounting profiles are numbered, switches and other equipment.The paint is a smooth finish in black. The 300mm deep range are available in sizes  4U and 6U . Communication, our most important condition, Please contact us with any issues on purchases, please do not go straight to dispute as there’s no need, send me a message through contact seller, and the very bottom box OTHER, as most other options open a dispute. We will answer and if we come to a refund then it will be issued immediately.  EBay policy is to contact a seller and only use disputes as a last resort as most issues can be resolved.

 

Postage and Dispatch Speed  postage speed is not dispatch speed, We control the dispatch speed and always dispatch  within 1 working day, so if your item takes longer than eBay’s expected delivery this is not because we didn’t dispatch on time. The reason is eBay’s expected delivery is an unreal estimate. We posted a lot of items 1st class and sadly royal mail only get about 95% there by eBay’s estimate, the other 5% can take anywhere from 3 to 17 days. Like you we are at royal mails will, there’s nothing we can do to chase up the item, We just have to wait 15 days and if it doesn’t arrive make a claim. So please don’t bank on eBay’s estimated delivery date as we hate to disappoint, it’s is only an estimate and no more.

 

Lost Items and Claims, Royal mail say an item isn’t lost till 15 days has passed and yet ebay who use royal mail allow claims before this, so  please be fair and wait till 15 days have passed. And please don’t get upset when we tell you this as that’s royal mails rule. All lost item claims will be dealt with to your satisfaction, we also claim of royal mail for all lost items, so royal mail has a record as well. Many items do get delayed and like most people we never find out why. If you inform us of lost/not received item then be prepared for royal mail to contact you when we put in the claim.

 

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Order and pay for your order before 3pm on a working day and we will despatch the item the same day.  Depending on the weight of an item, we we may use couriers  for delivery to most addresses. If you cannot accept a delivery via couriers for any reason, please tell us when you place the order using the ebay my messages system (not email). We will send it by Royal Mail instead if appropriate.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

All goods come with a 12 month return to base warranty. Please retain the original packaging as this will be required. If you need to return anything  you must obtain a returns number from us by stating the DP number stated on top right hand side of our despatch note.  We will then issue you with a returns number.  This must be displayed prominently on the package so we can identify your items.  Any item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty we will arrange collection.  If you have ordered the incorrect item then you will be responsible for returning the goods at your cost and we will also deduct our despatch costs from your refund, this is usually around 20% of the value of the item.
