The well cap plugs are yellow in color and designed with molded in “Caution Do Not Fill - Monitoring Well”. The bolt is captive which prevents drop out, and there is a locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized access. These cap plugs expand on the inside diameter of the PVC casing to form a water and vapor tight seal - no adaptor is necessary. These well caps comply with regulations at both state and federal levels.
