This auction is for a rare, Japan-market-only, limited production Backdraft S-VHS pre-recorded video cassette. This is one of the very few S-VHS video cassettes that were sold for the S-VHS format in late-80's and early-90's only in Japan. Such pre-recorded cassettes were sold for a very limited time. The majority of the pre-recorded S-VHS tapes produced were Japanese-language demos. This is an extremely rare example of a classic film on S-VHS! Note this will ONLY play on Super VHS / S-VHS machines. It will NOT play on VHS-only machines.

The tape WORKS GREAT! There is some shelf wear and marks to the box. There is also some fading to the box, particularly the rear upper half. I do not see mold on the tape but some of the other S-VHS tapes that I received with this tape had minor mold so I'm not sure if it's mold free. There are some stickers on the tape itself and may have been a rental. The tape has been tested and verified to have the correct movie recorded as pictured. Please see the pictures to see the condition for yourself.

PRE-RECORDED S-VHS TAPES ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND... IT TOOK ME YEARS TO FIND THIS ONE. IT WILL BE MANY YEARS UNTIL ANOTHER APPEARS.
