Essential Amino Acid (EAA)

Unlike nonessential amino acids, essential amino acids can’t be made by your body. As a result, they must come from food. 

The 9 essential amino acids are: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. 

Phenylalanine: Part of the key amino in structure and function of proteins and enzymes and the production of other amino acids.

Valine: Helps stimulate muscle growth and regeneration and is involved in energy production.

Threonine: Part of structural proteins such as collagen and elastin, which are important components of the skin and connective tissue. It also plays a role in fat metabolism and immune function.

Tryptophan: Help to maintain proper nitrogen balance and is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates your appetite, sleep and mood.

Methionine: Support metabolism and detoxification. It’s also support tissue growth and the absorption of zinc and selenium, minerals and more.

Leucine: Is critical for protein synthesis and muscle repair. It also helps regulate blood sugar levels, stimulates wound healing and produces growth hormones.

Isoleucine: Is involved in muscle metabolism and is heavily concentrated in muscle tissue. It’s also support immune function, hemoglobin production and energy regulation.

Lysine: Help with protein synthesis, hormone and enzyme production and the absorption of calcium. It’s also important for energy production, immune function and the production of collagen and elastin.

Histidine: Support body production of histamine, a neurotransmitter that is vital to immune response, digestion, sexual function and sleep-wake cycles.

DIRECTIONS 

Add 10g of Essential Amino powder to a shaker or glass filled with 200-300ml of cold water or juice, and mix it up. We recommend to take it before, during and/or after exercise.

Yes, you can. For orders over 500g you can choose different flavours. Available flavours: Lemon, Watermelon, Orange, Strawberry and Unflavoured. Just remember to add a comment to your order with your choice.  

What’s the difference between BCAA 4:1:1 and 2:1:1 ?? 

The difference remains in the ratio of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs): Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. That means that, while in the BCAA 2:1:1 we get a ratio of two parts Leucine, to one part Isoleucine, and one part Valine; the BCAA 4:1:1 offers four parts Leucine, to one part Isoleucine and one Valine. Please, check the product description to know what is each BCAA doing in our body.

Once your order has been sent, we will update the tracking code into eBay for easy tracking. Please visit the courier's website to track the parcel. If you don't receive the products in 5 days, contact us (please do not contact the courier Company).

RETURNS  POLICY      

If you have made a purchase and need to return it for whatever reason, we will happily refund the amount for the goods once the package has been returned in good condition. Return freight is at the expense of the BUYER. Returns are accepted within 30 days of payment.    

Returned products MUST be sent to us unopened and unused in their original packaging.
