here on ebay we only list a small selection of items we have in stock. our own webshop has the full assortment.

Frames, Wheels(ets), Rims and other bulky items we ship via FEDEX. Shipping usually takes around a week to the US, Canada and Asia (and a bit longer to other destinations)
smaller items we send via postal service with tracking and insurance. it usually takes around 2 weeks to the US, Canada and Asia (a bit longer to other destinations) in some cases (security checks, customs delays etc) it may take longer.
if you're in a rush to get your item(s), please ask for a fedex shipping quote!
within the European Union (EU) we use several freight companies, always trying to find the best solution for your destination (UPS; DHL, GLS etc etc)
parcels for german customers are sent directly from germany
(our logistic partner is going to Munich on a daily basis handing
packages over directly there -> super quick, cheap shipping!)
in Austria
we usually send via postal service (österreichische Post), larger items
via GLS. pickup in our store in 1140 Vienna is possible as well!
