Durable 5 ¼” plastic Auger. Use with standard screen in place of standard spiral for easier release of thick grape skins. Ideal for grape juice, puree, jams and jellies.

Measures: 5.25" x 2.25" x 2.25" / 13.5cm x 5.5cm x 5.5cm. Durable plastic auger. Use with standard fine screen. Ideal for grape juice, puree, jams and jellies. This auger is shorter than the standard auger that comes with the Sauce Master. Having it shorter, helps thicker skinned fruits (like grapes), to more easily pass through. Accessory for model number Norpro 1951 Sauce Master. Does not fit the Norpro 1951 Original Sauce Master.
