Here is a Vintage 1900's Brass Era Driving Lamp / Light - by The Castle Lamp Co.  The Model Number 100 A is stamped into the top hood.  We acquired a large lot of these so please check out our ebay store and our other listings.  This light appears to be complete and in good used condition.  The main flaw is some mild to moderate dings that are mainly on the top Hood and the lower (base).  The square center section has no dings or dents and it displays very well.  Both beveled cut glass lenses are firmly in tact and have mild surface scratches (no chips or cracks).  The  inside is in nice shape all around.  It does have some finish wear inside but I believe this is from cleaning over the years.  The red glass jewel cut reflector is firmly in tact and displays well.  I looked this light over pretty close and I believe the wick assembly may not be correct for this lamp.  The base does not completely seat into the mid section on the side with the adjuster knob for the wick and the knob hits on the underside of the mid section.  Overall, a nice original lamp that has good potential.  Please check out the pictures and email us with any questions you have before bidding.  Professional packaging guaranteed (see our feedback).  Bid with confidence and good luck.
