Laddie John Dill (b. 1943, CA, USA) Untitled, Green and Red (1982) from the portfolio “THREE AMERICAN ARTISTS” (consisting of six etchings, two each by Dill, Charles Arnoldi, and Peter Alexander.)  This color aquatint etching on wove paper is hand signed in pencil in the lower right margin by Laddie John Dill and numbered CP Imp 2/5 in the lower left; with blind stamps of the publisher/printer, Centrum Press, Port Townsend, Washington/Teaberry Press, San Francisco.  The image measures 7.5 x 17.75 inches; the sheet is 15.5 x 26 inches, and the work of art has been mounted and matted in color-coordinated hues to complement the deep reds and greens in the artwork.  The black wood frame measures 23.25 x 31.25 inches.  CONDITION: There are a couple of soft creases along the sheet edge, otherwise in good condition.

Laddie John Dill is a Los Angeles artist who has created with many different materials and media, including, sculpture, graphics, and painting using neon, earth materials such as silica sand and cement mixed with natural pigments as well as incorporating light in his works. He has participated in many exhibitions and gallery shows including venues in Seoul, Paris, Nogoya, Helsinki, Finland, New York, Kansas City and throughout California. Dill's works are owned by more than twenty-five museums.
