ESX will ship replacements via Ground service with a return label within 1 business day of proper failure notification. Customer is responsible for cost increase of expedited shipping. Technical Support is covered M-F, 8-5 Central Time by appointment for issues arising as a result of a Covered Equipment Failure. Additional technical support or On-Site support is available on a T&M Basis.
