The PCS-10.3 includes Park Tool's tried and true cam-actuated micro-adjustable clamp design for quick one-handed entry and exit, as well as a quick-release height adjustment lever for easy, secure adjustment
Featuring 18" (460mm) of height adjustment and 360 degrees of clamp rotation, positioning all parts of the bike within reach for any mechanic whether seated or standing
The stand's all-steel construction with teardrop-shaped tubing ensures maximum rigidity and stability, with tubular support braces, a locking support yoke, and upgraded internals for extra dependability
The PCS-10.3 is able to hold up to 80lbs. (36kg), which allows for compatibility with virtually all two-wheeled pedal-driven bicycles, including fat bikes and most e-bikes.*
The PCS-10.3 features an integrated height-adjustable parts tray, as well as accessory ports for the Park Tool #106 Work Tray or PTH-1 Paper Towel Holder (both sold separately), so your tools and small parts are always within reach
Quickly folds down for storage and transport with a smooth-operating leg support system that pulls both legs up in one simple motion

Cam-actuated micro-adjustable clamp fits 7/8" to 3" (22mm - 76mm) diameter tubes and seat posts of any shape and material, including aero posts and dropper posts
Narrow clamping jaws (2.7"/70mm) fit into tight areas or on short seat posts
Rubber saddle pad allows bikes to be hung by the saddle for quick adjustment or storage
Durable, textured powder coat finish
Integrated height-adjustable parts tray
Height adjustment collar features accessory ports for compatibility with the #106 Work Tray or PTH-1 Paper Towel Holder (both sold separately)

Delivery

Our dedicated team of pickers & packers will pick your order and barcode scan it into your parcel to ensure you receive exactly what you have ordered. Once the shipping label is printed, our system will send your dispatch information to your inbox. Your parcel will be collected by one of our trusted carriers and shipped straight to your door. Our chosen shipping carriers are Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping & DHL. Our system will automatically select the best carrier depending on order size, and delivery location. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return is as long as it is in a new and unused condition. You have 60 days to return your order from the date of purchase. Please open a return request through your order to initiate the returns process.

Terms & Conditions:

All items must be in a new and unused (resellable) condition, this includes product packaging
When shoes are returned they must be in new unused condition. Any signs of damage to the sole or shoe from trying on hardwood floors, concrete etc which will scratch the underside of the shoe and deem and make us unable to restock and sell as new. We suggest only trying shoes on carpet so no marks will be applied to the shoes. We offer a 50% refund for shoes that come back damaged scuffed or marked as they have to be resold as damaged and shop soiled at a discounted rate.
All items returned must have a covering note so we can find your order.
All items returned will be refund unless otherwise agreed and stated in your covering note.
Foods products must be returned within 14 days of purchase
Intimate items such as clothing must be returned unused for hygiene reasons.
There is no need to contact us before your return unless the item is faulty and may be deemed a warranty issue.
Please state your order number, your order number will be on the invoice that we have emailed to you.
Please pack your return into a mailing bag or box. We will not accept your return if the postage label is attached the product box/bag. Do not add extra tape or write on the product packaging. Ripped boxes will not be accepted back as a return.
Please note that if you return a product as "wrong item received", yet the item returned to us is correct as ordered, and we have issued you with a prepaid label, you will be charged £4.50 to cover the cost of the prepaid label.
All returns (including warranty returns) received to us will be processed within 14 working days.
Exchanges: We cannot exchange any item, we will only refund your order once it has arrived back to us should it pass the return inspection.

From humble beginnings, WOOLLY HAT SHOP was begun in 1985 by our CEO who had a passion for repairing old bikes and selling them on from his garage at his house. He developed the skills and the knowledge to put old forgotten about bikes back on the road. The company has grown over the last 20 odd years to become what we are today. Today we are the largest online bicycle parts shop in the UK and pride ourselves on the high level of service that our customers remember us for.
