Rarely some cars are missing WI-FI antenna. You can easily find one on your local market. It costs arround 10 Euro. It is very easy to install it. It is plug and play. No coding needed. A 5 minutes job.
Without WI-FI antenna you cannot estabilish connection between your phone and car.
