  • Returns and Refunds

    Here at The Retail Company Hale Ltd, we're committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using but we also recognise that sometimes you may you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

     

    If you have changed your mind and wish to return your product you can do so by ideally informing us within 14 days after the day of receipt of your product. You should return the unwanted products to us as soon as possible, and no longer than 30 days after the date you received the goods, unless under exceptional circumstances agreed by The Retail Company Hale Ltd. You will be expected to pay for the cost to return the product to ourselves. Refunds are not possible for returns beyond 30 days.

     

    Please ensure the product is returned to us in it’s original condition - the packaging must not be damaged and the product must be in an unused state without any missing parts. Where an item is returned in a condition contrary to the above, we reserve the right to discuss a reduction in refund or refuse, depending on the condition of the item and / or it’s packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any reported faults will be inspected and where deemed faulty, a full refund will be given. We offer a free returns policy on faulty items and will refund your postage once approved.

     

    It is important that you check your product as soon as possible after it is delivered to you and report any issues to us as after receipt of your product

     

    How To Return An Item

     

    Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a return. We require that you return the product at your own cost and recommend a tracked or signed for service. We are not responsible for non receipt of goods sent to us.

     

    Please ensure the item is well packaged.

     

    Replacements or refunds are usually received within 5-7 days from when we have received the item.

     

    Requesting to return your item for exchange or refund is simple; we just need the following information from you;

    •        Order reference and name plus postcode

    •        Reason for return

    •        If possible, where damage is reported we request a photograph showing this.
