Clint Eastwood, John Saxon and Robert Duvall star in this classic Western directed by John Sturges. Former bounty hunter Joe Kidd (Eastwood) is recruited by wealthy New Mexico landowner Frank Harlan (Duvall) to help deal with an uprising led by Mexican revolutionary Luis Chama (Saxon). Although reluctant to get involved at first, Kidd finally agrees when Harlan informs him Chama has raided his own ranch while on a rampage through the county.
