Terms and Conditions Information Welcome to BlueSky Cycles. All bikes are all brand new. With local pickups your bike will be 100% assembled tested and ready to ride. For deliveries, your bike comes 95% assembled in the box. Buyers are required to mount the seat post, pedals and handlebar. Gears may require some adjustments to ensure gear changes are smooth. Front and rear brakes may require adjustment to ensure smooth braking. Warranty & return policy HILAND warrants its bicycle frames and rigid forks are free from possible defects. HILAND warrants all original parts on the bicycle for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of a defective frame, fork, or defective part and this shall be the sole redress of the warranty. The warranty only covers bicycles and components purchased through an authorized Hachiko dealer. It is only valid within the country the bicycle was purchased.
