We aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If we do make a mistake, please let us know and we will do all we can to put things right. You may return this item within 30 days of receipt; all we ask is that it remains unused and in the condition in which it was sent. We do require that you pay the postage costs if you decide to return the item. For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used)
