Found these in a random box of dollhouse miniatures, know that this company does dollhouse lighting. They are new in the package, but they are obviously dirty (see third picture). Installation instructions on the reverse of the package (see second picture). The bulbs may not be working, but they are ordinary incandescent night light bulbs. Non-smoking, cat-present home.
