• You don't receive an item, or
• You receive an item that doesn't match the listing, or
• You receive an item that is broken or faulty.

If your item does not work ? Let us know. We will make every effort to fix the problem before you return it!

• First, call the manufacturer to register your product and arrange for repair service under your warranty.
• If your item is not covered under warranty, call us within 30 days of the delivery date,
• We will arrange for an authorized repair service to determine if the product can be fixed. 
• If the item can be fixed, we will pay for the repair.
• If the item cannot be fixed, we will arrange for the item to be returned and refund your money.

You must receive a Return Authorization (RMA) before returning an item:

• You will be responsible for packing and crating the item to ensure its safe return.
• It must include all items that were in the original package.
• If you return the item missing parts or damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, sellers will deduct costs to cover the loss in the item's value from your refund .
• We will arrange for a Freight Carrier to return the item.
• You must schedule a date and time for the Carrier to pick up your return item.

H&H Overstock does not accept returns for the following:

• If you've simply changed your mind and want to return it.
• If the item does not fit ? make sure your item fits before you buy.
• It has been more than 30 days from the date you received your shipment.
• If you do return an item for one of these reasons:
• Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
• Once the item is received in good condition, we will deduct your freight charges and 10% restocking fee from your refund.
