This lot contains 3 different shades of used stamps from Cape of Good Hope.  These stamps are Scott # 18 of the 6 pence issue of 1864 – 1865.  It appears to be bright violet, dull violet and pale lilac.  All of these stamps have a heavy hinge remnant on the back of the stamp from being previously hinged in an album (see picture).  Nice lot for a British specialist collector.
