Description
About the frame:
This is a White Polcore frame that has a wood grain finish. The frame width of 28mm and depth of approximately 16mm with a rebate of 10mm. This is a modern flat frame that suits a variety of photos and pictures and is timeless.
Polcore:- Polcore is recycled polystyrene - an alternative picture moulding material.
Polcore mouldings have a constant, clean finish, it is waterproof and will not change colour with age.
Fits Picture Size: This will correspond to the sizes of your photo / picture, not the overall size of the frame. Simply measure your artwork/photo (if your image has a mount this will be the overall mount size) and select the corresponding size. For example, for a picture measuring 3"x 5"please select the same size picture fits 3"x 5" 76x127mm from the pull down menu.
Glass/Perspex:
All these frames come with either 1.5mm quality Framers Styrene /Perspex or 2mm Float Glass, please select the option you want from the pull down menu.
Mount/ No Mount:
Frames can come with or without mounts please message us if you wish a mount and the size of the boarder you would like. This is the size that will come top, bottom and both sides. Off White Mount is the standard colour. However we do Pure White, Ivory, Black, Sepia, Green , Blue, Red, Light green/Grey or Light Blue colour.
The mounts are cut 2mm smaller all round than the Fits Picture Size you select to allow you to easily attach your artwork / photo / image to the mount.

Backing and Display / Table Stand:
All frames come with standard 2mm MDF Backing Board with flexible points holding it in. A Hanging clip comes as standard and can be removed and re-positioned, so the frame can be hung landscape or portrait.

Frame size (Opening in back of frame): This refers to the size of the opening in the back of the frame.
If you select No Mount the size will come up automatically as the same size as the Fits Picture Size, and will fit your picture, with about 5mm covered all round by the lip of the frame.
Example: Fits Picture Size:Fits 3x5" 76x127mm
Mount / No Mount:No Mount
Perspex / Glass: Glass or Perspex
Frame Size:Fits 3x5" 76x127mm
If you select 1" 28mm All Round Mount the size will come up automatically as 2 inches bigger all round than the Fits Picture Size. This is to allow for the mount and will fit your picture, with about 5mm of the mount covered all round by the lip of the frame. We can make the mount as large as you would like however this will make the frame bigger.
Example: Fits Picture Size: Fits 3x5" 76x127mm
Mount / No Mount: 1" 28mm All Round Mount
Perspex / Glass: Glass or Perspex
Frame Size: Fits 5x7" 127x178mm
Custom Frame Option:
If you are looking for a particular sized frame not currently listed, we will happily make you a custom frame to your required size. Simply send a message with your measurements and we will create for you to the correct variation and send instructions.
Frame Colours:
We are adding different colours to our 28mm Range all the time and have, Black White, Gold, Dark Silver, Walnut, Medium Oak and Silver. Grey and Pine are coming soon.
International Orders:
For international orders we use e-Bays Global Shipping Program. For customers purchasing from sites other than our UK site, we would ask that you kindly message us to confirm you have placed an international order. This assists us in ensuring your item is wrapped and packed specific to that shipping method - thank you.

We accept all methods of payment through eBay manage payments, this means all your payment are to eBay not us. Any payment queries need to be directed to eBay. As soon as your payment is cleared, you can rest assured your order will be dispatched by the time period stated on the listing. For your security we only dispatch your order to the address you provide us via eBay.
As soon as you pay, eBay will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been dispatched and the tracking number will be uploaded to your eBay order for you to view in your purchase history.
Shipping
Free Postage:
If you have selected up to 14x20" 35x50cm via RM48 Parcels (Royal Mail 48hr Parcel) which is 2 to 5 day working days delivery time. This come with proof off postage and proof off delivery only and is not a fully tracked service.
If you have selected larger than 14x20” your parcel will be sent either DHL or DPD standard with is a 1-2 day fully tracked service. With this service there is an additional charge for Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Scilly.
Addition postage options:
For addition charge we will send an item full tracked or guaranteed 24hr please see the postage option in the checkout. We use DHL or Royal Mail for this service depending on weight and size.
There are additional charges for Scotland, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

If your order has not turned up by the delivery period provided, please check your order on eBay as every item sent will have a tracking number uploaded onto eBay. This will provide you with updates and the courier. Royal mail services will only update if a delivery has been attempted. However, we have had issues with Royal mail not leaving a card or updating their delivery attempt, which can mean you parcel could be waiting at your local depot for collection so you may have to take the tracking number and id there to collect.
All Other services should give you tracking and a time window for delivery including text updates.

Returns
We absolutely and unconditionally guarantee all our products. In the unlikely event, that your order is not what your ordered, please message us and we will investigate. Our products are packaged very securely, but in the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify us immediately. Very occasionally, despite our best efforts, glass does get broken in transit. If this occurs, we will replace the glass by sending you Framers Perspex. We would ask that you kindly attach a photo of any damaged items and packaging within 30 days in order that we may claim the cost back from our courier.
Unfortunately, due to buyer's not reading this description and that all Frames are cut to order we can only accept returns for damaged in transit or not the size or quantity sent, we will need a photo of the back of the frame with a tape measure showing the incorrect size. (however we will always send replacement first to fulfill the order) We also cannot exchange any orders when the buyer has ordered the wrong size or colour. You will need to return and reorder. Any orders damaged on arrival we will need photos of the packaging to try to claim from the courier.
If you change your mind about your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. The Frame must be returned in the original packaging. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s cost. If not returned in original packaging, you risk damage to the mount and your refund.
