Condition: Hello, okay, I need help, clearly this picture is on a very very old canvas, the picture is also very dirty or is it made to look dirty, from the dirt I am saying it is quite old, Antique old, not Vintage, there is no signiture that I can see, the print on the back of the canvas is Norwich with the buisness name which I cannot make out completely. So - is it an oil painting or a fake modern printed picture on canvas to look very old, or a print on canvas on a very old canvas? I leave it up to you as I cannot make up my mind, the price reflects my thoughts, though it could be an old master lost in time, there is a small chip out of the vineer of the frame, please see pictures as they are part of the condition.
