Butterick 5693 is an out-of-print 1998 sewing pattern to make a woman's jacket and skirt.

semi-fitted, lined, above hip jacket has collar, princess seams, front separating zipper, long sleeves
bias-cut slightly flared skirt has waistband, side zipper closure; designed as above ankle hem but you can make it whatever length you want

Suggested in lightweight gabardine, flannel, lightweight wool, lightweight linen

Jacket also suggested in synthetic leather, synthetic suede, bouclé
