- This is a craft sewing pattern
- Pattern tissue is clean, uncut and in factory folds
- Instruction sheets are in English and French, clean with light tanning, and in factory folds
- Envelope is mostly intact with creasing, significant edge wear, foxing and retailer's stamp on the front (but we don't sew with the envelope, do we??)
