A fabulous reproduction of a Bentley 4.5 litres racing at Brooklands 1931, created by Colin Ashford with his iconic 1930’s style. This card is mounted and ready to frame with a protective cellophane sleeve. It is produced by Santora Graphics Yorkshire.


Born in 1919, Colin Ashford studied art for four years at Wakefield College, followed by three years at the prestigious, Charles Rennie Mackintosh-designed  Glasgow School of Art. His works are housed in several museums including:

Yorkshire Air Museum ,Hendon RAF Museum, National Maritime Museum. Sir Peter Jackson. The film director has 30 of Colin’s paintings at the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre in New Zealand which Peter inspired, chairs and  helped set up.


Other interesting commissions have included a series of paintings of cruise liners for an executive from New York, trains, cars, planes.

As well as paintings Colin has created a wide variety of different artwork including book jackets, magazine covers and postcards.
