BACKGROUND

First, I am not a doll, figurine or action figure collector. Also, I am certainly not an expert on any of these items.

Almost all of the items in these categories were purchased from a good friend's estate in North Carolina. These items were displayed in a separate "doll house" room. The room was temperature controlled and the items were displayed behind sliding glass doors. The room was a non-smoking room.

I am fairly confident that boxed items were purchased new by the estate owner. Non-boxed items or loose items could have had multiple owners.

CONDITION

Boxed items will have both the condition of the box and the items described to the best of my ability.

Some of these items are more than 10 and 20 years old. Even in a temperature controlled room you should expect some aging of the cardboard box and any plastic window material (yellowing, creasing and other).

Boxed items will be listed as Used-Previously Purchased.  Items in not sealed boxes may have had the box opened. The item may have been taken out of the box so that the item could be examined and placed back in the box. These items were not displayed outside the box or were they ever played with.

Not being the original owner even items in a closed box in perfect condition will not be listed as NRFB.

IMPORTANT: Many of the main figures have small support items included in their box. In many cases these small items were attached with some type of thin elastic. If the item is loose in a sealed box it will be identified before shipping. During shipment it is very possible that one of these thin elastic bands could break.  By the time you receive your purchase the small support item would be loose in the box.  I DO NOT EXPECT THIS TO JUSTIFY YOU STATING ITEM WAS RECEIVED NOT AS DESCRIBED.  I cannot control this thin elastic or other holding device from breaking or the item coming loose in shipping. I will not accept this as justification for a return.

These items are not NEW in many cases they are vintage items. I will do my best to get my description accurate. Remember the item is NOT new or MINT.

NOTE

The photographs are a VERY important part of the items description. Please carefully examine ALL the photographs and utilize the available magnification feature that reveals additional small details in the photographs.

Finally two people may not see what the other one sees. It is possible I might describe a condition different than you would describe it. It is also possible in some cases we would look at things differently. If you have doubts ask a question. If you want an item that is MINT (which to me means the item is in the exact same condition that is was in when it was first put on a store shelf) the item I am selling may not be the right item for you to purchase. Neither of us wants to have an item to be returned. Nobody WINS. I want All Sales to be a WIN-WIN.
