Stainless Steel nozzles receive less wear than brass and clean  off easier. Combined with this Calorbot Bowden tubing, this setup usually lasts at least twice as long, if not more, than regular brass nozzles and plain PTFE tubing. This saves you time with less upkeep of your 3D printer and reduces the wear and tear that your printer head receives from you replacing the nozzle and tubing.
