The labour cost to recondition your engine starts FROM £150.00, and this does not include the cost of additional parts.

This price can be altered if you only require a top-end rebuild.

The service we are offering is simple, you get your engine to us, we assess it, quote you, then rebuilt accordingly! It can be then carefully packed on a pallet and sent directly back to you. It's as easy as that!

Turnaround time varies depending on the time of year, typically we always have 2-3 engines in at any one time, so there is a 6-10 week minimum wait, or we can prioritise and perform faster if you require an emergency rebuild at an extra cost, as delaying another customer involves a lot of ear-ache!

The long & short of it, how long is a piece of string? What bike do you have? What condition is it in? What would you like doing to it? What needs doing that you’re not aware of? What quality parts do you want fitting?

That’s some of the information we need before we can even begin to quote you, so PLEASE refrain from asking this question!

“What does this service include?”

• Your engine will be re-conditioned using components of a very high quality (i.e. Mitaka, Wossner, Vertex, Prox or genuine if required).
• You can also send us your crankshaft to be re-conditioned using a rod kit of your choice
• New Koyo main bearings will be fitted (or NTN if 4-stroke)
• Optional new gearbox bearings can be fitted.
• A new engine seal kit will be included.
• A replacement barrel can be included if required and we have Mitaka and genuine manufacturer's items in stock.
• A new piston kit, with the option of Mitaka, Wossner, Vertex, Prox or genuine.
