Composition:
The roots of the valerian plant - Rhizoma Valerianae.

Active principles:
Valerian root contains volatile oil, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, terpenoids, Şescinterpene, salicylic acid, carbohydrates, flavonoids, tannins, resins, coumarins.

Therapeutic action:
On the nervous and cardiac system, antiseptic, antispastic.

Recommendations:
Internal: Neurovegetative dystonies, insomnia, nervousness, palpitations, stomach colic nervous, anxiety, heart disease, intestinal worms, menopause disorders.

Administration method:
Internal: Infusion of 1-2 teaspoons with plant to a cup of boiling water. Leaved 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups with tea during a day, or evening before bedtime.

Contraindications:
The recommended doses are not known. This product is a dietary supplement. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet.
