The Palmetto or Cabbage palm is a popular landscape plant.  It will reach up to 80' in height when fully mature.

Best grown outdoors in zones 7-11. 

Prefers part shade to full sun.

Prior to shipping the leaves will be trimmed and removed in order to alleviate stress and promote strong root growth.  The leaves will regrow the following year. The root ball will be wrapped and bound and ready for transplanting.

This Palmetto is grown in ground and dug immediately prior to shipping for best viability. 

Makes the perfect landscape addition to a pool or backyard to add that tropical feel.

All our trees are dug with rootball intact and

wrapped in moist dressing for shipping.

Palm fronds are trimmed off or hurricane cut for shipping and to encourage root growth.

Before trimming plants are 4-6’ tall with leaves.

After trimming, plant is approximately 18-30”in height.

Planting in ground should be done as soon as possible. If planting cannot be done immediately then place in a container with a few inches of water.
