-Condition: Shows signs of time, made of very fine paper, in good condition (Bearing the signs of time on the folds).

-Tuyen Duc is an old province in the Central Highlands, during the Republic of Vietnam. Since 1976, the province was merged into Lam Dong province.
-Tuyen Duc province was established under Decree No. 261-NV dated May 19, 1958 of the President of the Republic of Vietnam, on the basis of the urban area of Da Lat and Dran district of Lam Dong province. Tuyen Duc province includes 3 districts, 11 cantons, 28 communes (according to Decree No. 592-BNV/NC7/ND dated October 30, 1958 of the President of the Republic of Vietnam):
Don Duong district (old Dran) has 4 cantons: Lac My, Linh Nhan, Tu Trang, and Xuan Lac.
Duc Trong district has 4 cantons: Dinh Tan, My Le, Ninh Thanh, and Son Binh.
Lac Duong district has 3 cantons: Da Tan, Nhan Lac, Phuoc Tho.
On September 7, 1967, the provincial capital of Tuyen Duc province was moved from Da Lat town to Tung Nghia commune, Duc Trong district.
The area of the former Tuyen Duc province now corresponds to Da Lat city and Duc Trong districts (except Ninh Gia commune), Don Duong, Lac Duong, Dam Rong and a part of Lam Ha district in Lam Dong province today.
