This is a toy made by the Cox co. it is titled Magitron and it makes plastic toys in forms and it is in the original box and had the instructions included inside of the box. I also never tried it but since only the white and black colors were opened and the other 4 colors are still in the original package my guess is it works and has lots of figures to make yet. It is in good condition and I'm not sure if everything is here.  please be aware of this when bidding I put lots of pictures up so you can see what is in the box see photos
