You are buying the specimen in the picture, this is the most unique carving I have come across in the past 20 years. It has gorgeous markings and is very detailed. 

This Lion specimen was hand carved and hand polished from a large piece of Malachite rough from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  The Congo, is known to produce the nicest Malachite in the world. The pictures show all sides of the specimen.
