This Star Trek TOS Fanzine is "Vulcan Sands... Terran Skies 1", a novel by Cheree Cargill. It is 200 pages long and was published by Falcon Press in 2000.   It is in good condition with only wear from being read and creases near the spine.  

This is mainly a HET  fanzine which features  relationships between Christine and Spock.
