All items in picture are included, one photo showing the front, other photo showing the back of the boards.
(Fully tested to avoid getting a non-compatible(NaN error) gyro. Therefore I have to open the bag it comes in for testing)

-TP4056 charger module (USB-C port, needs a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge)

-220k & 4.7k resistors

-Toggle switch
You will need a soldering iron to assemble it and a USB-C cable to flash the firmware onto it. I label the resistances and diode to make your life easier. I can flash the firmware for you. Just drop me a line when you buy.
The maximum width of the PET container is 43 mm.
