***SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO CURRENT USPS ISSUES:
As of August 2020 the U.S. Postal Service has been experiencing many delays, and other issues as well. I am responsible for accurate listings, responsible packing, and quick shipping (usually within 24 hours of payment). Any delays are not an issue on my part, you will be sent a tracking number once a shipping label is printed on my end. Please check tracking to verify my part of the shipping process has been fulfilled.

Please know that my customer's 100% satisfaction is what drives me when listing items for sale. In all cases, I strive to inspect items for any defects, before listing. Be assured that I have no intent to sell any items that are in any way defective (unless otherwise described in item description). I will honestly not list any item for sale, that I would not, myself, wish to pay for. Should any problems arise, it is much appreciated if you please contact me before escalating an issue with eBay, by requesting a refund. It is my pledge to you, that I will work with you in any way possible to rectify the issue. I have a 100% rating for a reason-I truly care about the happiness of my customers.

If this is the case, you must contact me (by messaging me first, with photos of damages), and inform me of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. I will check tracking info to verify delivery date and time. You (the buyer) are responsible for opening the package upon receipt and checking the item yourself. Any requests beyond the 48 hour time limit will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: If a return is accepted by me, you (the buyer) must pay for return shipping costs, as well as appropriate or (when possible) original wrappings and packaging, before shipping back to me. You will receive a refund upon my receipt of item (in the same condition in which it was received).
*if the item is defective upon attempted use. If this is the case, you must contact me (by messaging me first) withing 72 hours of delivery. I will check tracking info to verify delivery date and time. You (the buyer) are responsible for opening the package upon receipt and checking the item yourself. Any requests beyond the 72 hour time limit will not be accepted. (All used/opened items are inspected and tested before I list them, and any/all defects will be noted in the item description. All manufacturer sealed items can only reasonably be inspected by me, according to the outward appearance of the sealed item. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully inspect all photos that accompany the listing. PLEASE read the item description carefully before bidding or using the “BUY IT NOW” feature.)
