Irregular 426 Standard - Authentic White Mesh Underbust Corset Double Steel Bones Corset new with irregularities. Orchard Corset received a batch of the white mesh 426's that came in with measurements that varied. OC decided to scrap the whole batch since the numbers were inconsistent with what they advertise a 426 to be. That being said some of these may be perfectly fine, others can vary in the Rib and Hip spring anywhere from 1/4" - 1 1/4". It's still the same over all shape as the 426 and the bones and busk are consistent. Please understand that you are getting an AS IS without tags corset that is not returnable. Possible irregularities include, but are not limited to measurements being slightly off, stains, scuffs, marks, loose stitching, exposed boning, lose grommets, crooked waist tape, bent metal hooks , bad tags, or sewing over the grommet (makes it hard to buckle) that occasionally occur during the manufacturing or delivery process. I buy these directly from a company that has very high standards on their corsets and most the time I can't tell what the irregularities are because they are just not that noticeable. However that doesn't mean that when you get it you won't notice something as I do not try these on. This corset is made for tight-lacing and waist-cinching, and sizing is based on the corset completely laced shut. We recommend that you order 5-7 inches below your natural waist measurements to allow for cinching. Plus sizes (waists of 38" or more) should order 7-10 inches down. So if you have a 29 inch waist, we would recommend that you purchase a size 24. A size 24 will have a 24" waist when fully laced shut. The bottom edge will measure aobut 8-9 inches larger than the waist, and the underbust is about 4-5 inches larger when laced shut. |
