Vintage Banana Republic Woven Short Sleeve Henley - Men's Large.  This is late 80s/90s era tag, made in the British Colony of Hong Kong.  Very good condition, no stains or tears. 100% cotton. Color on the tag photo is the best realistic view - it's a light gray/blue
