Shipping

Domestic Shipments:

For domestic shipments, all items 15.99 ounces and under are shipped USPS First Class Mail. The standard delivery time for these packages is 2-5 business days. All Items 16 ounces and above are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (1-3 business days). For an additional fee, USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) is available on all orders. All tracking information is automatically uploaded to your "My eBay" page at time of shipment. Shipments on items paid for with PayPal ship when payment clears. Once payment is clear, orders are shipped daily -- Monday through Saturday. All items are packed very carefully for loss prevention. 

International Shipments:

We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, and many countries throughout the world including military bases every day with no difficulty. However, international shipping is much different than domestic shipping so, please understand the following:  Economy International Shipping is a very reliable service but it is slow. In most cases it takes 2 weeks average transit time, but packages can regularly take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks from the ship date. There will be no tracking information once it has left the United States. If you desire more security, faster delivery, and are willing to pay additional, we will ship Standard International Shipping (e-packet). We can also ship USPS Priority International or USPS Express Mail which are insurable and trackable. Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. 

Returns

All our items are eligible for eBay hassle-free returns. Here are the requirements:

• You want a full refund or replacement item, not a partial refund or exchange.
• You paid for the item with PayPal.
• Your address is in the US.
• You haven't already asked eBay to step in and help with the transaction under the eBay Money Back Guarantee, opened a PayPal Purchase Protection case, or requested a chargeback on the credit card associated with your PayPal account.
• You haven't been suspended from using eBay hassle-free returns.
• Request a return by the time specified in the Return policy section of the listing within 30 days. 
• eBay issues you a return shipping label and packing slip that you must print out using your laser or inkjet printer. 
• Then ship the item back to us within 5 business days of requesting the return when returning an item for a refund.

• If you haven't sent the item back after 30 days, you're charged for the second item.
