Super Rare to see one with this much detail.
Looks to have hand written detailed plans with a map and orange fabric from the project on a
offset lithograph printed in colours which features people walking through Central Park.
Measures: 28" X 20.5 " X 1"
Heavy silver frame that is shiny on the front
and brushed silver on sides.
The hook the framer gave is still attached and sealed in bag.
Pre owned-
No damage to picture, frame may contain minor scratches unseen / back of picture has cardboard which does show defects but it does not affect the image.
This item will not last long at this price.
I have seen others that are not as nice selling for $1,700.00 plus.
