Figures are new and in the box but the boxes do show signs of wear and tear.  There are blunt/torn corners, dings, dents, creases and other imperfections.  The plastic has some swirls, crimps and spots here and there.  Please look at the pictures for details of the box.  More pictures can be provided upon request.  The set has Batman, Desert Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Supergirl, The Joker and Killer Croc.
