Here we have an original, one-of-a-kind, artisan-made, scrolled metal wall hanging featuring a pillar candle holder with rustic handmade glazed terracotta tiles. Rustic in style only -- this is a  very, very sturdy, well-made, heavyweight piece. Very heavy metal, with a dark applied patina finish. Candle extension can be used as a stand for anything you like -- a vase of flowers, an icon, your rings while you wash dishes, your jewelry while you shower -- there's a couple of scrolls supporting the candle holder that are perfect for hanging necklaces and bracelets. Should be fine outdoors, as long as you keep it sheltered from rain and freezing. Hangs easily, just from the arch at the top, no need for anything but a heavy-duty nail or screw in a stud. We have lots of other folk art, and rustic and primitive pieces in our store, and we're always happy to combine like items in shipping at actual cost. Simply request a combined invoice after you've purchased your items, and then wait to pay until you've received it.

Condition: Our photos are the most important part of our description. Please zoom in on them, enlarge them, and examine the details closely to determine if the condition meets your standards. In our opinion, this piece is in very good rustic condition. The tile is rustic, and has been applied in a rustic manner, and there are is grout loss at the top upper right side of the tiled area, but that area, along with the entire piece, is very stable, sturdy and strong. There is some finish loss to the metal candle stand on the underside at the rim -- see close-up photo. Very heavy, well-made piece, rustic in appearance but not at all in assembly -- has a very long life ahead of it.

We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report. Corndogcache is a 100% non-smoking environment, and we'll let you know if any of our vintage items smell like it (or anything else) from activities they may have been involved in before they came to us.
