This unit is designed to be an alternative to the Boss FS-6 footswitch for the series 1 KTN-50 with software revisionV.2 and above. It can also be used with the series 2 amps. Previously sold with a fitted lead, but due to buyer input the unit has been redesigned and now comes fitted with a stereo jack socket for you to use your own stereo lead (Stereo TRS (Tip/Ring/Sleeve) jack plugs at either end). The 9volt pedal power and 9V battery options are still available. When plugged into the KTN-50's FOOT CONTROL SOCKET and powered up, one of each of the channel and bank lights will light up. The channel switch will cycle between the original channels 1 & 2. Whilst the bank switch will cycle between banks A & B (effectively channels 3 & 4).
In the battery operated version a 9v. Alkaline battery will last for a couple of months of medium to heavy use. (As long as you remember to switch it off after use).
The unit may not be quite as 'pretty' as the FS-6 but does the same job---- FOR LESS!
