Bob Radler directs this action drama about a team of disparate individuals who come together to represent the United States in a Tae Kwon Do tournament. Alex Grady (Eric Roberts), an Oregon welder and widowed father of a five-year-old, is chosen to be a part of this team alongside Travis Brickley (Chris Penn), an urban cowboy with an attitude.
